What are the check-in times?

The rooms are available to guests from 14.00. If you plan to arrive after 23.00 please inform us.

Any early check-in will be agreed upon arrival, subject to room availability.

By what time should check-out be done?

On the day of departure we invite you to leave your room by 10.00 am. If on the day of departure you wish to take it easy and relax, please ask us for late check out, with a small supplement you can leave your room at 17.00.
The service is on request and subject to availability.

Is it possible to smoke?

No, in compliance with current regulations, it is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and in the common areas.

Tourist tax is not included in room rate, it amounts to 2,50 € per night up to 14 years.

What are the Reception opening times?

The Reception Team is at guests’ disposal from 07.00 to 23.00.

How can the payment be made?

• Cash: payment at check-out can be made in cash.
  NB. For Italian citizens, as from 01 January 2023, the limit for cash payments is € 5,000.00=.
• ATM – Bancomat
• Credit cards accepted: Master Card, Visa, American Express. At check-in the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount of the stay on the credit card indicated to guarantee the reservation.
